Working Student (m/f/d) in Accounts Payable with Chinese

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week). We offer a fixed-term contract of twelve months and 20hrs/week which could be increased to 38hrs/week during term break (confirmed by university) 

Your responsibilities:

• Support core accounts payable processes, including invoice processing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units and Procurement teams
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative activities within the team
• Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and digitalization

Your profile:

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with at least two semesters of studies left
• Strong interest in finance and accounting
• Nice to have: first user experience with SAP
• organized and meticulous working style. paired with proactivity
• Flexible and, adaptive to new tasks and challenges and
• outcome-orientated and willing to learn
• Team player with great communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Additional European language skills are considered a plus
• Availability to work across four days per week is preferred
