KWS Berlin is looking for a Working Student Master Data (m/f/d) with 20 hours/week for 12 months for our Global Business Operations. In this role, you will support the Master Data Management team in maintaining master data in various areas of the business (materials, production, logistics, vendors, customers, purchasing) while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements as defined by the data owner.

 

 

Your Tasks:

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training;

  • Complete tasks in work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA;

  • Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high level data quality, compliance and consistency of master data;

  • Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis;

  • Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives;

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives;

  • Support in ad-hoc request from the team related to master data.
     

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering or any other related field;

  • Understanding impact of master data management – first experience is a plus;

  • Strong interest in Data Management;

  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI - SAP knowledge is an advantage;

  • Proactive, structured, and an eye for details;

  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills;

  • Process-driven team player with customer-oriented service attitude;

  • Fluent English - German or French are an advantage.
