KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Working Student - Focus: Master Data Management Business Partners (m/f/d) . In this role, you will support the Master Data Management team in maintaining master data in the areas of the business (Customer and Vendor) while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements as defined by the data owner.

This opportunity is  20 hours/week for 12 months with possibility for extension.  

Your Tasks:

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training.
• Complete tasks in work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA.
• Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high level data quality, compliance and consistency of master data.
• Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis.
• Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Support in ad-hoc request from the team related to master data.

Your Profile:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field, with a minimum of 2 semesters left of studies;
• Understanding impact of master data management – first experience in the area is a plus;
• Strong interest in Data Management;
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel. Power BI knowledge is an advantage;
• SAP experience is an advantage (S/4HANA and MD Governance Tools);
• Proactive, structured, and an eye for details;
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and organization skills;
• Process-driven team player with customer-oriented service attitude;
• Fluent English, any other language is an advantage;
• Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
