We are seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin to join our Expert Hub Procurement Team at KWS Berlin GmbH. As a Working Student in Strategic Procurement, your main responsibility will be assisting the team in ongoing activity growth. If you possess a keen interest in procurement and available to work for a minimum of 3 months, then this is the opportunity for you. This job will be part-time (20 hours per week).

Your Tasks:

• Creation of a procurement handbook
• Supporting the creation of a dashboard for KPI reporting
• Support with tenders and in bid comparisons
• Preparation of (management) presentations
• Categorization of procurement spend into procurement categories
• Administrative purchasing activities
• Tickets processing

What you need to make a difference:

• Currently enrolled at the University in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in the field of Economics, Mathematics or Laws
• You have an interest in the procurement field and enjoy working with numbers
• Very good English language skills and German language skills round your profile off
• A high level of customer and service orientation
• High affinity for IT tools, including very good MS office skills (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
• Effective analytical skills and autonomous, process-oriented working method
• Target-oriented communication and a structured, independent way of working
