“Seed Technician” is not a traditional apprenticeship profession. Therefore, KWS Lochow GmbH, located in Bierbergen, Lower Saxony, is looking for an Employee (m/f/d) from an agricultural, technical, or logistics background to join the company at the earliest possible date. The selected candidate will be trained in this field and supported in their professional development. This challenging position is permanent and full-time.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• After comprehensive onboarding, independently ensuring a smooth production process at the site
• Processing, seed treatment, packaging, and shipping of pre-basic and basic seed
• Working in accordance with internal and official quality standards
• Documentation of goods movements in the inventory management system
• Maintenance and repair work
• Continuous optimization of production workflow

Bring in your strengths:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in an agricultural, technical, or logistics field
• Technical understanding and a valid Class B driving license
• Good communication skills in German and basic IT skills
• Reliable and independent working style with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and develop professionally
• Flexibility in working hours, willingness to work shifts, and partial weekend work during the summer months with compensatory time off
