For our Sugarbeet business unit at the headquarters of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), we are seeking a dedicated new Team member (m/f/d) in the area of Portfolio Management to start as soon as possible.
In this varied and operationally focused role, you will support our Basic and Commercial Seed Purity Control team in their day-to-day operations and play a key role in ensuring efficient processes and high data quality.The position is permanent and will be filled on a flexible part-time basis (20 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities – What You Can Expect:
- Creating and coordinating testing orders (e.g., purity tests) in collaboration with internal and external laboratories
- Processing, reviewing, and structuring documentation of incoming analysis and field trial results (e.g., in Excel and SAP)
- Maintenance of variety master data in our systems
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and collaboration with various departments
- Preparation of standardized reports and overviews
- Supporting the team in coordinating meetings and projects as well as handling administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong numerical aptitude and a structured and precise approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with a proactive and responsible personality
- Openness to new topics and the ability to maintain a clear overview and act in a solution-oriented manner even in challenging situations
- Strong understanding of processes and a passion for analyzing complex workflows and actively improving them
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
