For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the head office in Einbeck we are looking for a/n clerk (m/f/d) for corn and sunflower production at the earliest possible time, indefinitely and full-time.

Your new challenge:

• Preparation support and scheduling after consultation with production management
• Telephone and written communication with production and processing companies
• Management of planning tables for preparation planning
• Creation of purchasing and processing orders and maintenance of classification data in SAP/R3 for corn
• Compilation and analysis of statistics

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on industry, production with the first possible professional experience in a comparable position
• High affinity to numbers and data
• Strong, secure and self-confident willingness to cooperate as well as team and communication skills
• Reliable and independent operation with an eye for detail
• Proficiency with PC (MS-Office), pleasure in working with software solutions, basic knowledge of SAP/R3 desirable
• High degree of flexibility, motivation and commitment
• Very good written and oral German and English skills are necessary, basic knowledge of French is an advantage
