As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts in order processing, with the goal of supplying our customers reliably and according to their needs.
At our Einbeck location, you can expect a varied and responsible full-time position as a parental leave cover, initially fixed-term until December 31, 2027, within an international and future-oriented agricultural company.
Your Tasks – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:
- Independent creation and processing of customer orders in SAP from relevant channels (e.g., webshop/portals, phone, email) through to invoicing, including after-sales service (returns, complaints, credit notes)
- Proactive monitoring of order and delivery status for a selected customer group, including providing information and coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Customers)
- Full responsibility for customer communication regarding order status, in close collaboration with Sales / Key Account Management, as well as handling customer inquiries
- Preparation and communication of season-end settlements and seasonal credit notes
- Proactive monitoring of systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and communicating these to the Tools & Systems department
- Maintenance of order-processing-related master data in relevant systems
Your Profile – Where Competence Meets Personality:
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on Industry, Production, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
- Friendly, customer-oriented communication and enjoyment of working with various internal stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style, combined with initiative and flexibility
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
