As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts in order processing, with the goal of supplying our customers reliably and according to their needs.
At our Einbeck location, you can expect a varied and responsible full-time position as a parental leave cover, initially fixed-term until December 31, 2027, within an international and future-oriented agricultural company.
Your Tasks – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:
- Independent creation and processing of direct customer orders in SAP from relevant channels (e.g. webshop, phone, email), through to shipping and invoicing, including after-sales service (returns, complaints, credit notes), with a focus on catch crops and direct sales of sugar beet
- Independent handling of incoming customer and sales inquiries via relevant channels (e.g. hotline, email), particularly regarding order and delivery status, availability, and systems
- Autonomous management of the invoicing process for all KWS customers in Germany, as well as related value-added services
- Proactive monitoring of systems and processes, identification of improvement potential, communication of these to the Systems & Tools department, and participation in cross-functional projects
Your Profile – Where Competence Meets Personality:
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on Industry, Production, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
- Friendly, customer-oriented communication and enjoyment of working with various internal stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style, combined with initiative and flexibility
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
