For our location in Einbeck, we are looking for a Product Manager Corn (m/f/d). In this key position, you will act as the interface between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales in the corn business. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the successful positioning of varieties on the German market.
The position is full-time and initially limited to two years as a parental leave replacement.

Exciting responsibilities await you:

• Responsibility for the market-oriented positioning of KWS corn varieties and traits, as well as developing a consistent storytelling strategy for the German market
• Development of market launch concepts, including market and competitor monitoring, and creation of technical content for Marketing and Sales
• Translation of complex technical content and trial results into clear, customer-focused value arguments, as well as presenting technical content at events
• Technical support and further development of the myKWS platform for corn
• Designing and delivering training sessions for the sales team, active communication with internal and external stakeholders, and participation in international project groups
• Supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of field trials

Bring your strengths:

• Completed degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of agricultural and crop production practices
• Ideally, professional experience in the agricultural sector, especially in product management or sales
• Combination of operational, commercial, and strategic thinking, along with strong analytical skills
• High level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a responsible, results-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel within Germany (>30%)
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
