Exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives for Corn & Sunflower! As part of our team, you’ll craft and manage strategic campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders to boost the presence of the hybrid seeds of KWS SAAT SE & Co KGaA in different local markets. The position is open both to experienced professionals and young talents with a fresh perspective. The place of work is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany). The contract is full time and limited. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international product campaigns and marketing concepts for Sunflower and Corn, aligned with Business Unit objectives.
• Support the launch of new products in close collaboration with relevant teams (Agroservice, Portfolio Management, Breeders) by creating marketing and communication strategies.
• Participate in cross-business unit marketing initiatives with global marketing functions. 
• Manage external service providers for the development and execution of marketing projects.
• Conduct marketing-related analysis, track performance, and evaluate the impact of projects and campaigns.

What You Bring:

• A university degree in agricultural sciences, business administration with a focus on marketing or agribusiness, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); Proficiency in additional languages, especially those from Eastern or Southeast Europe, is a plus.
• A goal-oriented, independent working style paired with proactivity, self-initiative, and drive.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in an international, cross-functional team.
