As our Project Manager (m/f/d) for Seed Treatment Selection & Evaluation, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, testing, and implementing new seed treatment solutions. In this permanent, full-time position based in Einbeck, Germany, you’ll work hands-on from lab to field and develop tangible solutions that drive sustainable agriculture.

 

Your responsibilities – Make an impact:

  • Screen and evaluate new and sustainable seed treatment approaches / methods based on crop-specific strategies.
  • Evaluate biological and synthetic applications and independently run proof-of-concept experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and maintain external research networks.
  • Drive innovation by supporting the development of new targets and re-evaluating existing ones.
  • Design and implement test systems in lab and greenhouse settings.
  • Plan and execute new trials for seed treatments, both internally and with external collaborators.
  • Analyze trial data and translate results into actionable recommendations.

 

Your Profile – What You Bring:

We are looking for a proactive and scientifically driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment:

  • Master’s or PhD in agriculture, biology, microbiology or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in biological and chemical plant sciences, ideally with experience in seed treatment or crop protection.
  • Experience in agile project management.
  • A flexible innovative thinker with a hands-on, independent working style.
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English and German, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Confident decision-making based on scientific data.
  • Experience or knowledge in regulatory affairs is an advantage.
