KGaA is looking for a committed and communicative individual (m/f/d) to join the Gatekeeper & Security team at our headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany).  This permanent full-time position involves controlling and monitoring the entrance and exit areas and processing supplier traffic. In addition, the position provides support in the event of emergency and fault reports and initiates appropriate measures.

Your new challenge:

• Controlling and monitoring the entrance and exit areas
• Welcoming, registering, and assisting visitors and suppliers
• Issuing and checking visitor badges
• Processing emergency calls to the control center
• Monitoring security and fire protection equipment
• Operating building management systems and video surveillance systems
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Processing incoming mail and goods
• Providing support in emergencies and initiating appropriate measures
• General administrative tasks

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, security, service, or surveillance
• Professional experience in a comparable position is a plus
• Good technical understanding and confident use of modern communication tools
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented manner
• Customer focus, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Reliability, discretion, and team spirit
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of visitor management systems is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (early/late) and participate in further training
• Very good German and English skills for daily communication; any additional languages are a plus
