The place of work is at our HQ  KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, southern Lower Saxony.

Tasks & Projects:

• Further develop our global Social Media strategy - as a part of this - responsible to steer external partners such as agencies
• Lead our group wide Social Media channels including the development and implementation of creative concepts
• Integration of Social Media channels in cross channel campaigns including social advertising in close cooperation with the brand management and product marketing functions
• Continuous observation of market and competition on trends and implications for our Social Media strategy
• Analysis of media behavior of our customers and further stakeholder groups within social channels
• Monitoring (social listening) of Social Media impact in close interaction with relevant stakeholders
• Acts as a point of contact and interface to our international Social Media community including trainings and support
• Responsible to steer and meet budgets, timelines and KPI in the assigned projects
• Close collaboration with marketing teams globally and across functions 

Skills & Profile:

• Preferably an academic degree in communications, agricultural sciences with a focus on marketing/media relations or comparable
• Excellent social media skills (digital native)
• Creativity as well as a high level of can-do-attitude and commitment to increase our social media fanbase and social engagement
• Desirable: first relevant professional experience
• Experience in the life sciences sector (e.g. agriculture) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills as well as analytical skills
• Intercultural competence to support a global marketing community
• A good command of English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset
