KGaA, we are seeking a Team Lead Marketing Channels (m/f/d) at our location in Einbeck as soon as possible.
In this role, you will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Marketing Channels team. Your focus will be on the strategic development of our print and online marketing channels to ensure successful and efficient measures. You will foster close collaboration between the marketing team leads as well as the sales and product management departments.

 

This full-time position is initially limited until August 31, 2026, as a parental leave cover. There may be an opportunity for a subsequent part-time position as part of a tandem leadership model.

Your Responsibilities – Shape, Lead, Drive Forward:

  • Leadership and development of a high-performing online and print marketing team.
  • Management and optimization of online and print marketing activities in collaboration with agencies and experts from the Global Marketing and Communication team as well as implementation a joint print & online media plan.
  • Strategic development of various online and print marketing channels. 
  • Goal-oriented analysis and monitoring of KPIs for performance optimization.
  • Trend and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and innovations in online and print marketing.
  • Interface management and coordination with marketing, sales, and product management.

 

Your Profile – Bring Your Strengths:

  • A completed university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing or communication, or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Profound understanding of digital and print marketing channels.
  • Initial leadership experience through team management or leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the agricultural sector.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
