Are you eager to work in a forward-thinking company and deepen your knowledge of sales and global processes? KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA is looking for a Working Student – Sales Support to support the Head of Region Eastern Europe Corn & Sunflower at our site in Einbeck, Lower Saxony, starting as soon as possible. 

This position is initially limited to six months, with the possibility to be extended and available on a part-time basis.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Independently handle administrative tasks 

  • Create reports on sales figures, seed inventories, and customer orders 
  • Maintain sales documentation 
  • Monitor and document contract-signing processes with sales partners and farmers 

Proactively track open issues and deadlines 

  • Follow up on quotation deadlines, delivery dates, and customer payments 
  • Support coordination of seasonal campaigns 
  • Monitor customer returns (e.g., undelivered quantities or complaints) 

Communicate with internal and external partners 

  • Coordinate with country sales teams as well as supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth operations 
  • Communicate with international colleagues

 

Your Profile: 

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field 
  • Solid understanding of business processes and strong communication skills 
  • Fluent in English and German; Russian proficiency is a plus 
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently 
  • Proactive, cooperative mindset with a hands-on mentality
