KWS Türk Tarım A.Ş. is looking for a Business Partner Controlling! 

The Business Partner Controlling - Turkey is a key interaction point for the business to provide high-quality consulting and insight-related and knowledge-based controlling services from a functional perspective and to improve decision making. This position influences and interacts with different levels of the organization like Expert Hubs, other BP teams, related functions and business. You will be assigned with controlling responsibility for legal entities in Turkey as part of the Mediterranean region and will support local and regional managers in implementing and executing the businesses operative and strategic targets by providing high quality financial analysis and advice. 

This position is located in Eskişehir and unlimited and full time.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively consult and work with the business to solve complex issues and to develop adequate solutions
• Support business in the decision-making process with adequate information, reports and analytics and manage improvement projects
• Support the implementation and monitoring of functional KWS-wide policies, standards, rules and guidelines
• Execute financial planning and forecasting processes in your area of responsibility - with the support of the GTC and ExH, foresee challenges thanks to your profound knowledge of the market and focus on achieving business targets
• Proactively provide high quality analyses to support managers with decision-making in operative and mid-longterm steering of the business; push permanent improvement and capturing potentials
• Collect and evaluate Controlling demands of the business (structure/content) and provide solutions supported by ExH and GTC, striving for utmost usage of standardized processes and reports
• Perform regular business profitability reviews with respective managers and monitor adequate measures, generate scenarios together with management for changed/new processes or business models
• Liaise with other BP teams for intercompany and cross country/region activities
• Support quarterly and year-end closing processes according to respective processes and timelines

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Academic degree in Economics/Business Administration
• Over 3 years of experience in the field of controlling, preferaby in a globally-acting industry 
• Experience in product controlling is of great advantage.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Profound accounting and business knowledge
• Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, SAP FI/CO and other)
