KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Field Production Technician based in Piacenza and Forlì. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

What you can expect in this role:

• Coordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycle
• Implement new production techniques
• Apply and maintain high quality control standards
• Take regional responsibility for a dedicated production area
• Support all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production
• Ensure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity)
• Apply continuous improvement techniques
• Achieve consistent results in terms of yield and quality
• Implement best production practices and new technologies

What you bring:

• Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate
• Technical qualification in agriculture or a related field
• Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production
• Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas
• Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.
