With us, you will take on independent responsibility for the continuous development of our customer base and play an active role in the sales strategy for the innovative products of KWS.

Become a long-term partner to the farmers in the region and help shape the future of agriculture as part of our East Team at KWS Lochow GmbH! This exciting position is full-time and permanent.

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing expert, agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops (e.g. maize, rapeseed, hybrid rye, sugar beet, cereals in general, and catch crop mixtures). 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings. 
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships – you will enhance on-site consulting and sales. 
  • Collaborating with farmers, biogas operators, agricultural trade partners, and key influencers to optimize the distribution of KWS products. 
  • Organizing and overseeing events and trial sites in your region. 

 

Bring in your strengths:  

  • Completed training or degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification. 
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in the agricultural sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of agricultural crops and seed products. 
  • Fluent German skills; knowledge of English skills is an advantage. 
  • Passion for agriculture and farming. 
  • Strong willingness to cooperate, teamwork and communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities. 
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style within a committed team. 
  • Willingness to travel to support the area of responsibility and a valid Class B driver's license.
