KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a talent to join our breeding station for a 15-Month Industrial Placement starting from July 2027 to September 2028.This opportunity will be based in Thriplow near Cambridge. This job is full-time (35h/week).

Your development opportunity:

• Help you maximise your opportunity to learn and develop
• Provide a bespoke, extensive training programme, which may include industry qualifications such as NPTC Pesticide application courses.
• Train you in the use of a range of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Give you the opportunity to gain an insight into a successful plant breeding company

Your profile: 

• Be studying for an agriculture/plant breeding related degree
• Have enthusiasm and interest in agriculture, preferably plant breeding

• Be committed to learning, the placement and most of all, our success
• Be a flexible team player
• Hold a full driving license
