We are looking for a permanent full-time Agroservice Specialist in Czech who will ensure the development and implementation of operations to establish and optimize a strong and diversified seed product portfolio. The primary focus will be on oilseed rape, while supporting all crops in line with our company strategy and customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up strong seed portfolio by testing new varieties and monitoring life cycle management of existing varieties in given area (develop and monitor trial network including data collection and communication).
• Provide Sales Team with all necessary information regarding unique selling points of varieties, including chain of reasoning from those strong points down to benefit of client, during trainings and advisory service, both for oilseed rape, but also for other crops in KWS portfolio.
• Support respective business and promotional activities for campaigns during all vegetations period (e.g. communication content and marketing materials).
• Maintain contact with key stakeholders (e.g. universities, research stations and institutes, state authorities, external advisors, grower unions, distributors and other related partners).
• Provide tools, analytic services and knowledge to support Sales Team and Marketing in organizing field days and public events (e.g. seminars, conferences, harvests).
• Cooperation and information exchange with Product Managers (Agroservice) and breeders in regions of Europe.

Core Competencies & Qualifications

• University degree in Agriculture
• A few years of experience in agriculture or advisory
• Knowledge of agricultural seed sector
• Experience in seed trial management
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Language skills: English and Czech (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to targets
• Analytical, structured mindset with proactive behavior
• Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and independence
• Knowledge of analytic spectrometer methods is an advantage
