As KWS OSIVA, we are looking for a dynamic Lead of Logistics & Customer Service to drive our cross-crop initiative forward! You will lead the team of Logistics and Customer Services and act as a key link between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors. Your mission: ensure smooth supply chain operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.
The position is permanent and will be filled on a full-time basis as soon as possible. Your place of work is in Velke Mezirici, Czech Republic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, empower, and develop the logistics and customer service teams
- Drive change towards a customer-centric organization
- Serve as a key liaison between the sales, production, and global logistics teams
- In collaboration with internal and external partners, manage seed stock, certification, and sampling
- Oversee Salesforce & SAP order management
- Act as the local interface between IT and commercial teams, providing first-level support for all customer-related topics
- Handle fleet and facility management for the country
- Monitor stock, deliveries, and after-sales processes
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures
- Design and manage logistics and supply chain systems according to the company needs and strategy
Your Profile:
- Relevant professional experience in logistics or customer/sales support
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- SAP & Salesforce experience would be advantageous
- Fluent in Czech and English (spoken & written)
- Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and stress resilience
- Agricultural market knowledge is a plus
- IT-savvy and ready to drive change
