As Lead (m/f/d) of Customer Service & Logistics at KWS Austria Saat GmbH, you will lead an team in the area of scheduling and customer service. You will ensure a smooth supply chain - from order processing and delivery to invoicing and receipt of payment. Your focus will be on increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing our processes for direct customers (farmers) and sales partners (VO companies, dealers, sugar industry).
You will drive the transformation to a customer-centric organization, focus on automation and optimize processes from order to delivery. Sound IT and ERP knowledge is essential.
We are looking for a visionary manager who will strengthen our team with their expertise and innovative strength. The position is permanent and full-time.
Your tasks:
- You will manage and develop the scheduling and customer service team to ensure a first-class service.
- Coordinate closely with sales, production and international logistics to ensure efficient processes and excellent customer service.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and optimal stock levels in collaboration with external partners and the local team
- Proactive optimization and digitalization of the entire logistics and supply chain system according to the requirements of the Austrian market.
- Definition and implementation of objectives, guidelines and processes for logistics workflows in close cooperation with sales and marketing.
- Coordination between IT, logistics and sales for seamless process integration.
- Responsibility for all after-sales processes, including accurate and timely invoicing and direct support for strategic customer issues.
- Monitoring of seed certification and coordination of seed samples in coordination with product management.
- Managing orders in Salesforce and SAP and promoting synergies between different crops (S4 introduction, SF Lightning, dealer portal).
- Maintenance and optimization of customer data in Salesforce and responsibility for an efficient customer hotline.
- Overall responsibility for professional and solution-oriented complaint management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your profile:
- Completed studies or many years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a comparable field
- Sound experience in logistics services, customer and sales support
- Knowledge of the agricultural market is an advantage
- Ideally initial experience in leading teams
- Very good stakeholder management
- Confident handling of SAP and Salesforce
- High IT affinity and proficiency with common IT programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Driving license class B & willingness to travel (approx. 25 % international)

In accordance with Section 9 (2) of the Equal Treatment Act, we hereby inform you that the minimum salary under the collective agreement is currently €2,038 gross on a full-time basis. We are willing to pay more depending on your qualifications and experience.
