KWS Semillas Iberica in Zaratan, Spain, is looking for a Logistics & Sales Administration Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team to support logistic processes working closely with the distribution network, KWS Sales representatives, other KWS global entities. logistics and sales in the region. This position is full-time and permanent.

What will be your responsabilities:

• Insert delivery information on SAP and build up reports
• Prepare shipments for seed delivery according to Sales Orders
• Follow up on deliveries and communication to sales team
• Manage incidents (delays, mistakes in loadings, among others)

Ensure correct stocks and inventory data management. Detailed activities:

• Register seed movements (trials, free of charge and broken units)
• Keep updated seeds inventory in the system
• Handle purchases and returns of goods to vendors
• Guarantee correct control of all goods stocks and movements within different business units

Manage sales administrative process. Detailed activities:

• Management of orders & returns: reception and adjustment.
• Customers billing
• Discounts calculation follows up
• Frequent communications and requirements from customers
• Recurrent reports and data management for all business units
• Support finance & controlling processes during FY
• Calculation of seeds delivered and accruals
• Invoice reports and net sales calculation by sales rep

Your Profile:

• Qualification/Degree in Administration and/or Logistics.
• Time of experience in a similar position.
• English & Spanish fluent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Proactive attitude, responsible and organized.
• Methodical know how.
• Solution and results oriented skills.
• Strong customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude.
