Your Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist the area lead in Nursery and DH activities, including seed preparation, labeling, seed and seedling selection, planting, counting, pollination, harvesting, and seed processing.
• Staff Supervision: Coordinate, supervise, and train temporary staff, ensuring motivation, performance, and the correct execution of activities.
• Quality Control: Carry out and report field work, verifying that tasks are performed in accordance with established instructions and protocols.
• Data Management: Keep material inventories, Excel spreadsheets, and internal databases up to date.
• Health & Safety: Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies at the station.
• Communication: Promote clear, respectful, and effective communication with team members and involved departments.

Your Profile

• Recommended education: Qualification as an Agricultural Technician or equivalent training.
• Leadership: Proven prior experience in managing and supervising staff is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in agriculture is an advantage.
• Technical skills: User-level proficiency in office tools; knowledge of English is desirable.
