Are you passionate about logistics and agricultural innovation? KWS ITALIA S.p.A. is looking for a Logistic & Processing Coordinator to join our team in Forlì. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our seed processing and logistics operations.

 

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics and processing activities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards. Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and handling seeds throughout various production cycles
  • Preparing orders and managing shipments, returns, and repackaging
  • Coordinating permanent and seasonal warehouse staff
  • Supporting internal processing planning
  • Organizing and monitoring processing activities (machine setup, technical troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Managing sales order preparation and ensuring timely shipping and repackaging
  • Organizing transportation to customers
  • Ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of ordered materials
  • Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities
  • Supporting the implementation of new warehouse IT tools
  • Providing input for continuous improvement in logistics and processing

 

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
  • Familiarity with planning tools (Excel, WMS; SAP is a plus)
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability for shift coverage and logistics emergencies
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected situations
  • Initiative in proposing process improvements
  • Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Workplace safety training
  • Precision and attention to detail
